The Iron Butterfly Trail

The Iron Butterfly is an icon of Bartow County, born from our mining history, each hand painted butterfly celebrates our colorful and creative present. These butterflies are built and prepped locally at Steel Materials and each is hand painted by an artist. Styles Auto Care finishes the pieces with a clear coat for protection. Local organizations, businesses and families sponsor a butterfly with a one time tax deductible donation which covers the entire process from idea to install for the butterfly and the signage.​

The Iron Butterfly Trail offers opportunities for local entities to get involved in public art through direct sponsorship of large, artistic, metal butterflies placed in various prime locations. Special thanks to the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bartow Class of 2022!
